WARP Digital Pte Ltd
Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy explains how WARP Digital Pte Ltd ("WARP", "we", "us") collects, uses and looks after personal data on our Enrolment Audit pages. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
What you tell us. When you ask for an Enrolment Audit, you give us your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, centre name, number of centres and annual revenue band. We also note which page the form was sent from.
What your browser sends. When you visit, our server and the Meta Pixel receive technical details such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the ad that brought you here and whether you sent the form.
How we use it
We use the details on the form only to arrange your Enrolment Audit: to contact you about a time, to prepare for it and to run it. We won't use them for anything else without asking you first.
We use the technical details to keep the page working and to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform.
By sending the form, you agree to us using your details this way.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
These pages use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technology in your browser so we can see which of our ads lead to an audit request, and so Meta can show our ads to people likely to find them useful.
Meta and other third parties may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from these pages and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. Meta handles that information under its own Privacy Policy.
To opt out of ads based on this information:
- change your Facebook ad preferences
- use the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page, or Your Online Choices in Europe
- block or clear cookies in your browser settings (the page still works without them)
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that run these pages for us, and only for that job:
- Google, where we keep audit requests (Google Sheets)
- Slack, which alerts our team to a new request
- Railway, which hosts these pages
- Meta, through the Meta Pixel, as above
Some of these services store data outside Singapore. When that happens, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We'll also share data if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for your audit, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete them. Only the WARP team can see audit requests, and we take reasonable steps to keep them safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you withdraw your consent before your audit, we won't be able to run it, and we'll delete your details.
